The term dissatisfied means a respondent ranked their satisfaction as 1 or 2
The term neutral means a respondent ranked their satisfaction 3

This chart shows satisfied, neutral, and dissatisfied by category sorted by greatest satisfaction. Phabricator was the category with the largest percentage of satisfied users.
