Mediawiki group: Release management

This group welcomes anyone interested in the MediaWiki release process. Participants will be interested in at least one area of the project:

  • Helping to determine when point releases should be made.
  • Ensuring that the Version lifecycle and release policy are adhered to.
  • Keeping the MediaWiki community informed about release candidates.
  • Identifying sites that run older MediaWiki software and encouraging them to upgrade.
