These are known issues in the current version of 1.23 that we plan to have fixes for in 1.23.2:
- Problems affecting existing Postgresql installations during upgrade:
- bug 64043 Postgresql database updates fails if $wgDBmwschema is not explicitly set to "mediawiki". - Status: NEW
- Problems affecting Postgresql:
- bug 67594 ActiveUsers page does not work with Postgres. - Status: RESOLVED
- Problems affecting Oracle:
- bug 68874 PHP Warning: strpos() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in DatabaseOracle.php - Status: NEW
