Discussion

Closed ~70 tasks last quarter, after 130+ each of the two previous quarters. Staffing changes?

Try committing to much less this quarter. Could commit to one area and leave the rest in a backlog, not Q3.

New features: Status report, monthly and quarterly velocity reports

Fixes/improvements

- historical burnup shouldn't use cutoff

- tranches should start as early as possible

Check in in ~2 weeks to see if configuration is correct.
