The app team uses Phabricator workboards for sprint planning and tracking. The following are guidelines for working in Phabricator:

• Closing tasks: Whoever is signing off on a task should move the task to the Done column and mark it as Resolved. Generally speaking, the Product Owner will be signing off on features/user-facing bugs and Engineers will sign off on technical stories/non-user-facing bugs. We also propose that if QA verifies a bug fix that is in the Signoff column, QA can close the task and move it to Done.
