Total noob on this site, with no professional cred. I teach HS Spanish and have a BA in Linguistics, but can't claim anything but limited fluency in Spanish and a rudimentary understanding of linguistics that fades a little more each year...

Excited to read, learn, ask, and contribute more though, but whether that turns out to be a good thing or not is mostly up to y'all.
