Depending on your case and situation (e.g. not applying for scholarship), you might need to fill more than one form, please read carefully.

The deadline to register for WMF staff has passed, no further WMF staff registrations will be valid.
The deadline for general registration has passed, contact us for any questions or special situations
If you are applying to a scholarship, please fill also the Scholarship form (deadline: 2018/01/30), which includes travel help and accommodation so you do NOT need to fill the Hotel form.
If either you or your organization is paying your way and you want us to book a hotel room in one of our pre-booked hotels but you are NOT getting a scholarship, please fill the Hotel form.

In case of problems with the registration form or for any other situation, please contact us via hackathonwikimedia.cat.

Questions of Scholarship Form (some data is duplicated from general Registation but it's needed because it goes to different people)

Scholarships opened on the 2nd of January and closed the 30th of January.

Important! Registration for the event and Hotel booking will be open until maximum capacity is reached, so please register soon!
